Fear

Fear is just an absence of love. When it comes to feeling vulnerable, to opening your heart and allowing yourself to receive love- remember to breathe. Taking time to breathe into how you are feeling, speaking slowly and consciously your desires and dreams, with honesty from the heart.

Feeling into your truth, opening your heart and allowing yourself to fully receive the love that you deserve. Any fears or worries, take the time and energy to express them through journaling or self reflection and meditation, or reflect with a lover/another.

What do you fear the most?

What worries you and where does that worry stem from?

What would happen if you faced fear and made it your friend?


Speak from the heart, after a few deep breaths and consciously communicate any worries, or fears, speak on anything that you feel is stopping love from flowing.


Let the heart lead and have no fear, all is love.
