A safe space to unload, unlock and expand your awareness as we use holistic healing techniques and grounding practises to diverse and discuss your current concerns or conditions. Opening the floor to unravelling and finding the root cause. A 60 min session via zoom ( follow up and re-occurring clients always available) dives into the subconscious wiring of the mind and the power of thought, shifting perspectives and expanding awareness, and learning the tools and techniques that will aid and aim to help you in maintaining balance and finding harmony within this current existence. Focused on “old” ways and ancient wisdom, these sessions are encouraged for any one aligned in remembering their own power…Grounded we grow. -As a Qualified Master Holistic Counsellor- These sessions are available both for singles and couples.
